This has been our favorite restaurant for special occasions for 20 years even though it is an hour away. We got there at our time and had to wait in a side room for 20 minutes even though we had made reservations weeks ago. They said it was a bar but had no bartender. It was very slow service on each course but sort of understood since it was Valentine’s Day. The worst part was my poor husband ordering a shrimp dish and ate parts of it but left the majority since it was fish and he never eats fish. They finally said they had given him the wrong selection and they were at fault and did we want his dish to take home as we were leaving. We didn’t and they charged us for it even though he ordered something entirely different. Goodbye to our favorite place to eat on occasions. Will stay closer to The Woodlands and not drive an hour in traffic again. I am really sorry, but I felt it was worthy of a review and I owned a restaurant before and appreciated all reviews

The Bar, where you waited, also serves as a private dining space, and while it doesn’t always have a bartender, we do our best to make it comfortable. Regarding the entrée mix-up, we wish we had known sooner so we could have corrected it right away. We never want a guest to leave disappointed and truly regret that this impacted your evening. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future.

We were having a romantic Valentine’s dinner until they seating a party of three next to us with a three year old and it ruined our dinner. No kids should be allowed at a fine dinning restaurant

We understand that many of our guests visit to enjoy a special, intimate dining experience, and while we do not promote dining with young children (as we do not offer a child's menu), we also cannot turn them away. When needed, we kindly guide families to the Atrium if a child becomes restless. We regret that this impacted your evening and appreciate your feedback.

Wonderful experience in support of our wedding anniversary. We had very high expectations for a great culinary experience. Menu and quality of food and presentation met our high expectations. I found service to be below expectations for such a fine restaurant.

This small amazing five star French style fine dining restaurant is a converted house in a quiet residential part of old Humble. There is nothing like it anywhere in the NE Houston area. The soothing ambience is accented with beautiful hand painted portraits by original owner. Service is excellent. Paige and the other service staff were very friendly and attentive the whole time. The duck liver mousse was delicious for our shared appetizer and paired well with a glass of the French Pinot Noir. For main course, my wife had the scallops and shrimp and I had the duck, both were well presented and excellent tasting. Duck was juicy, tender and not overcooked. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back.

Chez Nous is our absolute favorite restaurant! We love everything about it…and who cares if it’s a 45+ minute drive from our house. It’s well worth it!

Chez Nous was excellent as always, staff was terrific with Paige and Issac very attentive to our needs. Waygu beef was very tasty with perfect preparation. The souffes are magical. The restaurant is a hidden gem in Humble.
