Chez Pierre Bistro is an authentic and most charming French bistro that everybody wished they had in their neighborhood, where Chef Pierre develops his profound love for creative and innovative ideas in his kitchen.
The ambiance is intimate, friendly, his staff always very professional and his charming wife Esther watches over the dining room.

Chef Pierre has the extensive knowledge, passion and respect of the best ingredients from local farmers markets. His cuisine is superb and his daily specials are impressive, unique and follow the seasons.
In the winter you can find his famous cassoulet, in the spring, shad roe and soft shell crabs, in the summer, paella in addition to a selection of wild fish.

It is no surprise that Chez Pierre Bistro has been voted Best French restaurant of the Desert for the past 10 years and nominated among ”Best Chef of America” by his peers.

                            Service great, Bread and the chicken pate (offered without charge) were excellent French Onion soup was wonderful Ceasar salad was ok with not enough dressing My Osso Bucco was not good. Sauce was weak and the meat very fatty the Veal Piccata and the Sea Bass were outstanding. Overall, 4 0f 5

                            Chez Pierre is always a great choice for excellent tasting food, personal service and pleasant ambiance. Their nightly specials are varied and superbly prepared. I highly recommend them for a special date night, birthday or anniversary celebration.

                            Wondering if the restaurant has changed owners. We have always loved the Bistro. Last night the food was very average. The Caesar salad Wasn’t good at all! The onion soup was watery. The service was extremely slow!

                            We had an event to celebrate and we often go to Chez Pierre for such occasions. We have been dining here since 2015 and this recent evening we had one of our best meals in that time. Service, led by the marvelous Arturo, was great. Arturo is friendly, polite, and efficient. We got the usual warm welcome and a nice table in the corner. Our appetizers came quickly and our mains followed soon after we'd finished them. Both dinners were the best we've had at Chez Pierre. This was another great evening with the great staff and chefs at this wonderful restaraunt.

                            Everything was excellent, as usual, but Arturo was especially gracious and paced our dinner service perfectly.

                            Food was delicious as usual. Two of us had the duck that was cooked to perfection. Two others had liver and sea bass. Both dishes were excellent. The bread and pate brought on our arrival rivals anything I’ve ever had in France. Service was terrific. Highly recommend.

                            The owners are charming. I love thatChef Pierre greets the clients. Food was hot and delicious. I had the mussels, wow , generous serving and really hot. We love this restaurant.
