The menus change on a regular basis to take advantage of fresh ingredients from the local area. However, no matter the season, all food served is high-quality and delicious at Chez Saint-Pierre. Some of the possible entrées at Chez Saint-Pierre include the sunflower crusted leg of lamb which comes with pan-fried root veggies, the wild pepper scallops and filet mignon which is cooked with green pepper and rosemary and served with salsa verde and pickles. For dessert, try the blueberry tart with puffed rice, juniper sorbet, as well as blackberry and cranberry granite.
