Our first visit here exceeded expectations! I made a reservation for our family of five, and from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The host and our waitress were attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome. We happened to visit during happy hour and ended up ordering most of our food from the happy hour menu—and everything we tried was delicious! The bang bang shrimp, buffalo wings, and Italian mussels were standout dishes that I’d highly recommend. Although we were too full to explore the regular menu (aside from the mussels), this just gives us an excuse to come back sooner rather than later. I’m also looking forward to catching an Eagles game here someday—the atmosphere seems like it would be electric! Our waitress was fantastic—super friendly and attentive. She made sure we were well taken care of, and we never had to ask for water refills. The food came out quickly, and the entire staff worked efficiently, making for a smooth and enjoyable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We tried a new spot. It was nice and had some interesting food choices that were worth exploring. Service was a bit of challenge but they recovered somewhat being shorthanded. Worth a try at least once!

We have been to chick's a number of times and NEVER had an issue. Food was always good, quick and service was always wonderful. Yesterday was not our typical experience there. We got there 11:03 for our 11:15 reservation, the short blond hair lady greeted us and sat us quickly and gave my husband a sticker for a raffle to win a top. She was very friendly/welcoming. Then we sat, our waiter came over he took our beverage order and gave us the menu and the paper with the Father's Day specials. We placed our orders and my son asked for a bacon, egg & Cheese on a roll. The waiter told us there was no roll, I then pointed out the one item on the menu had a seeded roll as an option for the sandwich. We explained we didn't care what type of roll he just wanted a breakfast sandwich. It was a bit frustrating but we finally got him to order the sandwich. We waited and didn't get our food until around 12pm or a little after. There were only 2 tables when we got there and I heard the one server apologize for the delay when we first sat down but I didn't think too much into it. Our food normally comes out very fast and all of our meals didn't come out the same time. My husband ordered a meal that had said eggs, sausage and gravy which we assumed since it was brunch it was brown or white gravy not red sauce/gravy. The waiter did take it off the bill and that was appreciated as my husband didn't eat it he tried it and didn't like it. Then as we were getting ready to leave a waitress spilled something on my son sitting down who had a white shirt on, she had dishes/plates of food and spilled food on the back of my son's white ralph Lauren polo shirt. She looked down as she knew she spilled/bump him with the stuff and didn't bother to say sorry or anything just proceeded to keep walking by. It was just all around not the normal experience we have at chicks and I brought my in laws bragging about food and the service and felt a little embarrassed.
