Located in the heart of Tysons Corner, Chima brings a unique dining experience to metro Washington DC and Fairfax County. Chima's unique style of service "Rodizio" which means rotation brings to our diner a variety of beef, pork, chicken and fish in a dining rotation and served Brazilian style by our Gauchos directly to your table.     Chima is always great to celebrate a special event! Shout out to Jose V. Our server from tonight. He made my mom’s birthday extra special. He was very attentive and kind.

    This has been one of my favorite restaurants for the last 18 years. Food is always fantastic and top notch. Customer service has been consistent throughout the years being excellent from the time you walk in to the time you leave.

    I made a reservation for 8:30, We didn’t get seats till after 9:00, and the waitress rushed us out in less than 1 hour. Why bother to make a reservation if it’s no better than just showing up? It was frustrating, but I can handle the 30m+ wait. It sucks, but I get it. Rushing us out the door in less than an hour really upset me. If they still had a line out the door, I’d get it. But there were no people waiting to be seated. The waitress just rushed us out. This was a birthday dinner for my brother. Our fourth time here with him, and the first time we ever had trouble. Very very disappointed.

    The quality of the food and customer service was amazing! I came here on the actual day of my birthday and then went on the Sunday of the same weekend and the service was still amazing! Not only is the portion of the meat they give you big, but they are consistently bringing you different kinds of meats and also asking you if you have a specific Request for a meat that you want. On top of that, they take away the trash off your table in a respectful, timely manner. They also will bring you new plates and new silverware as well. It honestly is the best Brazilian steakhouse I’ve ever been to!!

    For the second year we went to Chima for my husband’s birthday. Dazzling salad bar — certainly can be a meal in itself. Lots of meat choices, all nicely cooked and abundant. Even the grilled shrimp were tasty and just right, not dried out or minus flavor. House wine was fine, with several choices. Attentive and friendly service. After sitting near a noisy group last year, I asked when reserving to sit away from big groups and the restaurant paid attention.
