Housed in historic downtown Windsor, Chimney Park’s original building from 1895 has undergone a recent renovation in 2022, the restaurant’s 15th anniversary. Chimney Park sources local, seasonal, and organic products from Colorado and the surrounding region. The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. and seated dinner approximately 6:15 p.m. Please RSVP to this email address for your reservation! (This dinner was rescheduled from September 10th, 2024). Join us with proprietor, Daniel Nichols, as he shares the story of his family’s Immortal Estate Winery, and the rebranding of Hidden Ridge (article in link) https://bit.ly/3AdaKWw in Sonoma County. The magnificently steep vineyards of Immortal Estate are among the steepest in California, planted on a dramatic 55-degree slope on the Mayacamas range on the west side of Spring Mountain. We are pleased to present these wines that are not available to the public (Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and library Hidden Ridge vintages). With 2, 100-point wine scores for Impassable Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon and consistently highly rated Slope Cabernet Sauvignons, join us as we celebrate our cuisine with these amazing wines! Cheers!     Chimney Park is one of very few consistent restaurants. They never miss. Food and service are always exemplary. Took a friend for the tasting menu with wine pairings. She loved it. Another great night at CP with fantastic service by Justin and Chris.

    Return visit after about a year long hiatus and left reminding ourselves to not wait so long…..it’s so good. Start to finish, exceptional. Expanded wine-by-glass list gives some really nice options. Thank you CP team. Nicely done.

    Went there for a birthday dinner with my family and the food was delicious. We had a nice seat right by the window. The service was excellent.

    Everything on the tasting menu was phenomenal. Each bite was simply amazing. The wine paring also complemented the food just perfectly. Will definitely be back to try another tasting menu again in the future. Highly recommend this hidden gem in downtown Windsor.

    Food was delicious and service was very friendly. Definitely on the pricier side. However, you are paying for the experience and mix of flavors.

    Would have provided a more favorable review, but am put off by the 3% credit card charge on top of a $311 bill for two persons. Even then, the restaurant claims the fee doesn't cover their charges. It seems at some point, if you are charging that much, the customer doesn't need to be rung dry by every sort of fee. At the least they don't have the kitchen appreciation fee, aka, a way to not increase the pay of restaurant staff. When is these irritating practices going to stop?

    This Valentine’s Day was truly one to remember. I took my wife and daughter to celebrate love, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of the evening was a special treat from Chef Jason himself—an exquisite Potato Mille-Feuille, served as a sample before our starters. Every visit to Chimney Park is a delight, and it remains our favorite date spot. The exceptional service and outstanding cuisine never disappoint!
