Housed in historic downtown Windsor, Chimney Park’s original building from 1895 has undergone a recent renovation in 2022, the restaurant’s 15th anniversary. Chimney Park sources local, seasonal, and organic products from Colorado and the surrounding region.     2nd time visiting. Service was excellent. Food was underwhelming. Crab shells in my oskar steak topping. Lobster bisque was basically warm milk and scallions. Cappuccino mushroom soup also bland. Both were removed from our bill after we gave feedback which was appreciated. Time between 1st and 2nd course was way too long. Overall we had a better experience the first visit vs second so may have just been an off night. Prices are high but to be expected given the positioning of the restaurant’s brand.

    The food was exceptional as always. There were 4 of us and we started with that delicious bread with butter and sea salt (as will you!), had amazing foie gras and gnudi. Followed it with ribeyes, sea bass and sea scallops. There was a flourless chocolate torte at the end which the two who still had the tiniest amount of space in their bellies said tasted light and airy and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Chimney Park is consistently delicious and reliable. We love it.

    Chimney Park continues to amaze us. Their staff is well trained. Always polite and professional. They have a great selection of single malt scotch. The lobster bisque was creamy and delicious. Both the filets and bison were tender and perfectly prepared. We highly recommend CP.

    The ricotta gnudi was amazing and the beef tenderloin was top notch! We highly recommend Chimney Park!!

    Bread, very good Complimentary pastry, excellent Salad, very good Mushroom soup, not exceptional Filet, I've had better for half the price Crab appetizer, sauce substandard Chocolate dessert, very good Coffee, bitter

    I was told by a local that Chimney Park was the finest restaurant in Northern Colorado and they delivered. The chef is world class!

    Chimney Park is THE RESTAURANT for a date night or a special occasion in Northern Colorado. Food, service, and ambience are all top notch. We had a late reservation, and were the last diners in the restaurant, yet we never once felt rushed. Thank you to our server, Gina for making our evening special. Will definitely be back soon!

    Excellent from start to finish. New items on the tasting menu were delicious. Service and sommelier support spot on. A wonderful “post Thanksgiving, don’t mess up the kitchen again” dinner at northern Colorado’s best restaurant. Season’s Greetings Team Chimney Park!

    More gluten free options. At least some bread or muffins. Also more gluten free deserts. We can help with some great options. We are bakers!
