   They changed the menu. Didn't like the new change. Won't be going back. They got rid of shrimp cocktail, french onion soup, onion rings, and the old French fries. They changed the filet to where you no longer have a 8oz or 10oz choice. I really don't like the choices.

   Overall, a decent, different place to dine out in the valley. No real specialty, decent quality of food with an attachment to local Arizona. I struggled with the actual identity of the restaurant with the interesting menu options. Value is there, quality there but missed the mark due to the lack of direction in what the establishment wants to be. Definitely a place to keep an eye on, especially if the direction moves to a true steakhouse. I'll sit patiently waiting. Must haves! The bread pudding.. I'm rooting for you Chop!

   First time. Service was a little slow. Greeted late at front door. 6pm reservation. Good corner booth for a business meeting. Server was decent but then she was replaced with multiple people that helped take dishes away, refill drinks, etc. Decent chop house. Priced like N Scottsdale. Would return when I'm out that way. Drove 1hr+ from Peoria and wasn't floored but will say 8oz filet was pretty damn good. Flavor was great. Wanted sharable sides but the brocollinis was a side item on the steak dish and had to share my dinner plate with my business guest.. Fries, however, come as a side?!?!? They need a mashed or lyonaise potatoes option. Just have a baked potatoe option.. Sides were limited IMO. Dessert was thr espresso cake. Wife liked it as a to-go item...

   It was nothing special and certainly not worth the prices for the food or the service. We were rushed the entire time. Plates were cleared before we had finished. At one point, no water glasses were being refilled, which was a clear sign that we were expected to leave. The filet mignon was as dry and flavorless as the service. We would have been better off at any of the other restaurant choices in this plaza. The entire experience was forgettable, and I hope that happens soon.

   Every single aspect from the Front door through to the Back door is nothing less than the next level customer experience. Everyone who engages your table has positive energy and is professional by tailoring their creative touch to your dining experience.    Our recent dining experience was not great. We've eaten here before and had a much better experience. They accommodated my gluten-free needs both times, but this time was quite frustrating. In addition to being gluten free, I now do not eat any seed oils (vegetable oils). I ordered the $68 entree special of Chilean sea bass and lobster tail over herbed couscous. The server (Noey) said they could make it gluten free by removing the couscous but refused to replace it with anything else. She said I could purchase another side if I wanted one. I've never had any restaurant refuse to make a substitution for an allergy. What poor service for those in the allergen community. Then she said they would not include any sauce because they all have seed oils. I asked to cook the sea bass in butter, which she agreed to. She was noticeably irritated by my requests. When it arrived, it was literally a small piece of fish and a lobster tail. No drawn butter, no lemon, no sauce, no side, no garnish. For $68! I had to ask for drawn butter and lemon to add some flavor. While it was cooked well, it was bland. I'm shocked that a restaurant that is this expensive (over $100 per person for our dinner) would not do more to accommodate allergens. Extremely disappointing. We won't be back.

    Matt was our group of 5’s server. Very attentive and friendly. Ana also assisted during ordering time. Food was very good as our previous visit. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
