Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

Chris was an excellent informative server. Sean the chef came out and introduced himself with bread and goat cheese appetizer. It was excellent.

The food was definitely not at its usual standard Steak bite over cooked Chop salad was an awful lot of lettuce and was the chicken was not appealing at all- the entire salad was not appealing

Had a reservation at 8:30 PM. Showed up on time, was seated. For the next 45 minutes, not a single ounce of acknowledgment was provided by anyone working. We sat there patiently for around 40 minutes expecting someone to come serve us. We understood that it was quite busy given it’s a Saturday but 40 minutes? We could have at least been asked for drinks, or water at the bare minimum. After making eye contact with several employees and failed attempts of calling someone over. Instead, we decided that it would be best to dine elsewhere. I’m sure the food is great but unfortunately we weren’t even provided with an opportunity to order even water, which was quite disappointing.

We had a fantastic dining experience at CHOP Steakhouse! The prime rib and steak were so tender, with rich flavors and sides that complemented the meal perfectly. The Caesar salad could have used a little more dressing, but it was good. A special shoutout to our server, Lisa, who went above and beyond with her attentive service, warm personality, and great recommendations. She truly made the evening memorable. We'll definitely be back! PS. Try the Rhum EggNog martini....OMG!

Such a warm welcome upon entering and high energy from Emma made this another great experience. The appy’s are all good and the lunch burger is fantastic!

My favourite place for Happy Hour. Everything was great except that my steak was a little overdone on the outside. Inside was perfect!

The crab cake was a delicious appetizer, the chop salad with very good. The steak was done perfectly. The wine was very nice, as was the coffee. A very enjoyable meal Thank you Tom
