CHOP was created for people who love connecting, sharing experiences, and everything steak. Chop London is proudly Canadian, locally owned, and only a short drive off the 401. Priding ourselves on creating "The Perfect Steak" from start to finish, Chop is committed to sustainable sourcing, choice cuts of fresh Canadian Beef, sourced from Canadian ranchers. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. We put this same level of care into each of our plant-based, seafood, gluten-conscience dishes, and hand-crafted cocktails.
All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Chop London has been the recipient of “LONDON’S BEST STEAKHOUSE” award for the past SEVEN years in a row! Join us for lunch, happy hour, dinner, or late night. We can’t wait to see you!

                  Steak was great but small, side was ok. Starters we had the beef spring rolls. They were not to great and 2 half spring rolls. Made reservations a week in advance and even with our party of 6 shrinking to 4 we were made to wait 45 minutes The music level on the bar side was loud when we arrived but before our dinner came it became night club loud. Terrible, we had to scream at one another and still couldn’t hear. It was new years, music is great, party vibe is great but we made reservations for 8pm and spent 100$ per plate with tip. I want to enjoy my dinner and start my night off right not go deaf trying to enjoy a nice meal and chit chat with my friends. All and all, will be sticking to other steak houses from now on

                  Hello Jim, I am very sorry to hear that your experience with us on NY eve was disappointing. This of course was not our intention and we have taken some great learning from that night to help us execute at a higher level and will take note of the music volume as well. For example we would wait until after 10 to bump up the music so that we don't interrupt guests meal and conversation. I am hoping we can connect at some point in the near future so that I can find a way to have you in again as my guest. I am thankful for your feedback and hope to hear from you soon.                   I had a reservation at 8:00pm for 5 people. We were not seated until 8:45pm and all they had to offer us was a round of drinks. Then, after ordering our drinks we waiting another 30 minutes for them to come out, the appetizers we ordered came out before our drinks did. The only saving grace was that our waitress was extremely nice and the food was cooked correctly and tasted good. The waiting was ridiculous especially considering the fact that we had a reservation. Not sure if we will ever return back.

It was not our intention to make you wait for your table and drinks the way you did. We have taken some great learning from that night to help us execute much better in the future.                   Had a fantastic dinner and drinks. Service was efficient and fast. Took a little longer to get drinks but that was to be expected on New Year’s Eve. The place was packed but looked like they had extra staff and it showed. Thank you chop for a wonderful New Year’s Eve you never disappoint!

                  The best steak I’ve ever had. Well, the last one I had at Chop, was just as good. Service was excellent, a lot of great compliments from our guests. Top notch! Congratulations

                  Went out for a date night and recieved a welcome goat cheese dip. It was absolutely delicious, all of the service was excellent and the food was incredible. We will definitely be back.
