Chop was created for people who love connecting, sharing experiences, and everything steak. Proudly Canadian and minutes away from Toronto Pearson Airport, Chop Dixon Road is located in the heart of the hotel and convention district with ample free parking. Priding ourselves on creating "The Perfect Steak" from start to finish, Chop is committed to sustainable sourcing, choice cuts of fresh Canadian Beef, sourced from Canadian ranchers. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. We put this same level of care into each of our plant-based, seafood, gluten-conscience dishes, and hand-crafted cocktails.     I arrived first and was seated on one side of the bar. The 3 others were seated on the other side. I waited 20 minutes and went to hostess who told me where others were. No real apology. Bar was very noisy as they were busy- hard to have a conversation-usually we are in dining room. Spoke to hostess at end about seating but no explanation.

    This is my go to spot if im within 15 min of the airport. Best staff, food is always fresh and the quality is consistently awesome! Every business lunch I have here is a home run!

    Average experience with average service and average food. Had a business dinner that was less than great, if was just an average experience. The restaurant was busy and nothing terrible happened, it was just not worth the price. Recommend if looking for a good steak dinner to maybe try somewhere else for a better experience.

    The food tasted good, the prices were ok but the room was very noisy, there was a big table of extremely inconsiderate adults (ie. They sang happy birthday three times in one night!!) the whole dining experience was soiled by them. Once they left, the room felt way more accommodating. It's just a shame that the manager didn't ask them to quiet down

    Business dinner with Boss & Coworker! Prime rib & Halibut was amazing! Service was Fantastic - Ruby was an awesome server & took great care of us! We Always eat at the Chop when in Toronto!!

    Busy restaurant, good ambience, great service (thanks Emily) even if it was very busy at lunch. Had the burger - best burger ever, but it is big. Had the lunch combo, great price point and quantity. Overall great experience!

    Great experience It was our first time at chop the manager came over to welcome us and gave us a free appetizer to try Our server Monique was amazing gave us a run through of the menu came to check on us often Food was 10/10 will definitely be back Thank you chop for your high standard service

    Service seemed slow. Appetizer arrived before drinks. Loaded Baked potato wasn’t hot and inside wasn’t soft. Seemed like kitchen was also a bit behind and was just trying to get food out.
