Chop was created for people who love connecting, sharing experiences, and everything steak. Proudly Canadian and minutes away from Toronto Pearson Airport, Chop Dixon Road is located in the heart of the hotel and convention district with ample free parking. Priding ourselves on creating "The Perfect Steak" from start to finish, Chop is committed to sustainable sourcing, choice cuts of fresh Canadian Beef, sourced from Canadian ranchers. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. We put this same level of care into each of our plant-based, seafood, gluten-conscience dishes, and hand-crafted cocktails.     Overall food and atmosphere was good however my steak was well done rather than medium well and the vegetables were almost raw and had little flavour. Food was better in past experiences

    Over all good Valentine’s Day experience. Unfortunately had to ask for cutlery and napkins. Salmon was very mid. Good environment. 🤌🏼🤌🏼

    We had an amazing dining experience at Chop Steakhouse. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Our server, Shawn, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Prime Rib and the Filet Mignon, both cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The quality of the meat was top-notch, and the sides complemented the dishes perfectly. For drinks, we enjoyed a crisp Pinot Grigio and the Southern Hospitality cocktail, which was a great mix of flavors—refreshing and well-balanced. Overall, the atmosphere was inviting, the service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. We will definitely be back! Would highly recommend Chop Steakhouse to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

    Fixed price for Valentine’s Day was very good value, excellent desserts, prime rib delicious. Some mixups with orders going to wrong tables new staff training must have been issue, promptly resolved!

    Wasn’t impressed with filet dinner. The steak was not very tender even cooked to medium. The beans had stems on and undercooked. The rice was good. I ordered mushrooms on the side and they were so dry and tasteless I asked for butter and added salt but still the mushrooms were dried out little things. The creme brûlée was very good! But overall not worth the price!
