Great food, and served quickly. The wait staff was mostly great. We had an event we were doing across town, so they got us in, fed and out of there efficiently, but we did not feel hurried. Great last food stop while we were in SLC.

I never thought we’d drive into the ‘burbs for sushi, but the rolls and sashimi here are just exceptional. The Atomic Bomb was one of my favorite rolls ever, and the hamachi plate was 10/10. We loved everything we ate and our servers were all attentive and friendly. We will be back.

Chopfuku is the best sushi restaurant in the valley. The service is incredible. Everyone of the staff treats you as if you are the only guest. The fish is always fresh, Sashimi tasting is our favorite. The rolls are excellent as well. Presentation is beautiful! I cannot recommend this place enough. Every aspect is amazing!

Went for a Double birthday celebration. The staff are all so kind, the service is amazing. Started with the dragon balls always a great choice, miso , edamame and salads. Moved on to different rolls, I always do the scallop nigiri lightly seared and it was perfection!!! I had a smoked roll that was out of this world, we tried several bento boxes and lots of different rolls. We had a lovely time. Thank you for an amazing experience as always.

It's a bit on the pricy side after ordering three or four appetizers, three or four rolls, and four or more of the special sashimi that have been flown in from Australia and Japan, but the quality of everything is exceptional! The service and the food quality is beyond compare. While there is one server primarily taking care of us, the serving staff is a real team and everyone pitches in to help us order more, refill our drinks, and clear our empty plates. The manager usually checks in at least once, sometimes more often to also ensure that quality of everything is great. I cannot recommend this restaurant strongly enough for people who love high quality sushi.
