I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant on December 16th, 2024.
From the start, the host’s behavior was concerning. Not only did they step on my shoes multiple times without acknowledgment, but they also came across as aggressive and inattentive. They failed to engage in any meaningful conversation about the food, checked on our table only once, and the overall service was unacceptably slow.
The most troubling part occurred at the end of the meal. After receiving the bill, the host expressed dissatisfaction with the tip and returned to request a change. This is entirely inappropriate and unprofessional, as tipping is at the discretion of the customer based on service quality.
I value dining experiences that prioritize customer comfort and hospitality, and unfortunately, this visit fell short of those expectations. This was my first time here and I will not be coming back. I hope you address these issues to ensure future guests do not have a similar experience.
