    As usual Chops cooked our steaks perfectly, mine a large filet, my wife's a small strip steak. We love the corn mash, which we also ordered, along with grilled asparagus-so so. Service was near impeccable, with one small hiccup: the waiter failed to ask how I wanted my steak cooked. (he came back a few minutes later to inquire). One disappointment: I was looking forward to a stone crab appetizer. The season is short, mid-October to May 1. Chops was out of it, so I had lump crab cocktail as a consolation. Could have been happy having 3 as my meal. Always fresh and delicious.

    We took a group of friends out for dinner and the food was on point, as usual. The noise level was pretty high. Overall, everything was great.

    Posting two recent Chops visits-- one a large birthday group, the other, a much needed date night for two. Both superb experiences. If you are with steak lovers (5 or more) order the Chef's Steak Platter. It comes with four different cuts, along with the most preferred side dishes. There was plenty for 8 of us, and everything was prepared and presented in a manner expected of the finest steak houses. Wait staff were present when needed to serve, and left us to enjoy as we ate, close enough to be near if we needed anything. Our date night started with bar drinks (my extra-dirty Tito's on the rocks was excellent). Oysters and salad preceded our main courses: bone in prime rib and Dover sole (deboned tableside). A chocolate caramel crunch pie was the perfect ending of a romantic, leisurely meal. You can't do better than Chops!

    El servicio extraordinario, la comida exquisita , el ambiente muy agradable. Un poco ruidoso por tener el bar muy cerca de las mesas. El mesero nos dio un excelente servicio.
