“Chroma” in Greek means “colour”, which is probably quite fitting for a restaurant masterfully blending the deep blue of the Aegean sea and sky, the vivid turquoise of its infinity pool backdrop and the numerous shades of the world-famous Santorini sunset against its whitewashed Cycladic setting. Located literally on the rim of the Caldera and offering show-stopping views, Chroma is set to win over the heart, and the palate, of the most demanding guests thanks to its inspired menu. Serving a thrilling version of the Mediterranean cuisine as we all know it, always through the masterful touch of chef Ettore Botrini and his experienced team, the menu of Chroma is inspired by the culinary ways of the Mediterranean coastline and its islands, with special emphasis on the treasures of the sea. Here the freshest fish and seafood are transformed into upscale dishes, designed to combine authentic taste with fine dining creativity.

    Spectacular evening sunset views of the Santorini caldera from high above the sea, in tandem with uncommonly creative pairings and presentation of the various offerings, make this a singularly unique dining experience. The Greek word Chroma (color) is aptly chosen, as all the dishes are offered in the menu under a thematic color selection, making for an interesting way of ordering entrees by color alone. The service is uncompromisingly attentive and friendly in every way, completing the experience. This is one of the rare venues that is truly worth visiting more than once during your stay on Santorini. I simply can't say enough nice things about this place. In short, you can't possibly go wrong in booking a reservation here.
