    Was a very poor experience. Ordered Benchmark ribeye, tougher then tough for $85. Was offered a different cut the Prime, this came a lot better. When we received the bill were surprised being charged an extra $6 for that cut. When we questioned this the waitress who had been great to this point flipped out said she was getting a manager then stormed off in a snotty huff. All we wanted was the better steak for the same as we we ordered. The manger eventually came over and deducted the steak off the bill. When I mentioned this is not what I hadwanted, I was told he didn't want an argument and had not charged us. Not to much empathy here, felt like a now you can get out. We ate here before and the steak was great. Not worth the money, as well I booked a table seat 2.5 months in advance and that could not be accommodated. We won't be back and I wouldn't waste your money or time in this place, given the quality and attitudes here. Not sure where the manage was when we sent the steak back first time.

    We all had a great time. We will be back!! Service was excellent and the food spot on. We each had locally raised beef and shared 2 vegetable sides and 2 potato sides.

    Fantastic experience amazing steak and ribs great that everything was able to be split nicely we always like to try each others food. Still can’t get over the steaks :) great place definitely coming back

    Great restaurant with fabulous decor and atmosphere. The food and wine quality is by far the best in Banff.

    I absolutely loved the food and service. I sure hope to have Candace again at our next meal on the 17th at 5 pm for us. We really enjoyed her service and company. Plus, she made the best Caesar salad ever!! I loved the atmosphere and the view!! Highly recommended!
