   Not the freshest food. Chicken barley soup was very salty. Veal schnitzel was overcooked. Music was loud. Singer was non stop. If you don’t care about the food then fine to hangout.

   Churchill’s is a neighborhood gem in RVC. Celebrated New Years Day brunch with my family including two toddlers. Very warm and cozy atmosphere. All staff so kind and friendly. Food tasty and hot. They honor reservations. The price point is an excellent value. $7.00 brunch drink specials even on a holiday.

   First time at Churchill's. The wait staff were good, the food was good and we were served in a timely manner. However, it was SO noisy, it was difficult for the 5 of us to chat.

   I was treating my friend to a birthday dinner. When she left the table for a few moments, I paid the bill. I did not immediately read the check. After paying it, I noticed that I was charged the credit card amount. I paid the check in cash. I did bring this to Marra’s (not sure of the server’s name, it was three weeks ago) attention and she refunded me the $3.00 difference explaining that “they just put it in fast and don’t always notice it is not the card price” whatever that means. It all ended well, but I am reluctant to return.

   My husband and I went to Churchill’s last night to celebrate Oktoberfest. I had the wiener schnitzel, and my husband had the Bavarian platter. Both were good. Our waitress Nina was lovely.

   Overall this is a really nice place! Love the vintage feel of it. My family and I (wife, 3 children ages 14,11,8) frequent her a lot for late lunches on the weekend. Never been during night life hours but for our purposes it works great.
