I booked a reservation thinking this was one of those Brazilian steakhouses where they walk around slicing off meats for you. And it is NOT that lol. So don't go here if you're looking for that!!! It was a little confusing because the Brazilian barbecues that do that are called "Churrascarias" so I kinda assumed this place was like that. Otherwise, the food was really good! We went on Valentines and they had a separate menu from their normal menu, I believe. It was $75.99 per person and you choose one appetizer, one main, and one dessert (per person) with options for sides that cost extra.
For apps, I got tiritas and my partner got the smoked lamb lollichops. The tiritas were very crunchy and had a sweeter taste because of the plantain crust on the calamari and they gave us a lot of them that I needed help from my partner to finish them. The lamb lollichops were really small lol. There were 3 and 3 yucca fries in total on the dish. I guess we shouldn't be surprised at the portion since this restaurant is considered "high end/fancy." It tasted nice, a little tough to get off the bone, but maybe that's just me cause I'm not a lamb person but my partner likes it, so... yeah.
For the mains, my partner got The Churrasco (8oz steak, medium) and I got the Churrasco Argentino. I tasted his and it was okay, but mine?? WOW. The sauce that comes with the Churrasco Argentio was heavenly and the potatoes were so flavorful! The steak filet itself was AHHHH!!! Sooooo delicious! They didn't ask for how I wanted it cooked, it was already cooked to medium maybe because it was butterflied (I'm not a real food critic lol). And the flavor!!!!! SOOO delicious!!! I wiped my plate CLEAN. So did my partner, lol, but I liked my dish much more in terms of flavor and contents (I'm not a big fan of vegetables lol).
For dessert, we got "The original tres leches" and the "Delirio de chocolate." The tres leches was very moist but too sweet for me and the chocolate cake was DELICIOUS! 100/10.
