    Ciao Vino is a fantastic Italian restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is of the highest quality. Our server was Diana, and I could go on for a page or two taking about how exceptional she is. The sommelier (wine genius) is Juan and he truly is a wine genius. You most definitely will enjoy your dining experience at this relative new wonderful Italian restaurant in Las Vegas.

    This is a beautiful restaurant. So well done with comfortable yet beautiful furniture and awesome chandeliers. Our server Alex was terrific and helpful to us as we had never been there before. The steak tartar is fantastic. We split veal Milanese and it was great but a huge serving even though we split it. We will definitely go back again ias it was a great evening. The bartender makes a fantastic Martini!!

    The food was definitely not worth the price. My girlfriend got the chicken francese and it didn't taste very flavorful especially for the price. I got the rigatoni. It was good but the portion size was not. Basically my money was not worth the food. I could go somewhere else for better food and a lower price. I would like it if it was about half the price. Service was good but a little slow. It was busy so that's probably why.

    Wine and mussels were amazing. Pastas were mediocre, bland or oversalted..shrimp in the scampi was perfect. Eggplant parmesian was sadly disappointing and even had the heel of the eggplant still attached.. the pasta was all overcooked. Service was exceptional.

    It was our first time dining there. We hadn’t known anyone that had been there beforehand nor we familiar with Cao Vino. We have been past it several times and made a mental note to try it one day. We love Italian so we decided to try it. We had no expectations as we were hungry. We could not have been happier with our choice. My wife chose the chicken Francesca and I had sea bass. Both of of us were more than happy with our choices. The service was excellent and the atmosphere upbeat/contemporary. Pricing is comparable to most nice Italian restaurants… and price was reasonable. We will return!

    This was our first time to Caio Vino. The food is fantastic! The restaurant decor is beautiful and great ambiance for a date night! The restaurant can accommodate bigger groups as the music isn’t too loud so you can enjoy conversations.
