Inspired by old-world cuisine which emphasized a handcrafted approach, City Pork Brasserie & Bar produces scratch-made goods in small batches ensuring proper care and attention to detail. All of our house meats are either slow-roasted, braised or smoked imparting unique and bold flavors to our sandwiches. We also combine this approach to our starters, salads and plates which feature local fare from rabbit, duck, to fresh fish. We have an interactive open kitchen as well as a unique charcuterie & cheese bar where guests can dine. Our goal is simply to provide customers with great-tasting, made-from-scratch food from a creative, evolving and seasonal-driven menu.
