Come see London from the best point of view – ours! cloudM rooftop bar at citizenM Tower of London hotel is the best kept secret in the city, with incredible skyline vistas of iconic landmarks, from the Tower of London to The Shard. Get cosy with one of our signature cocktails while watching the sun set over the Big Smoke. We’re open to guests 18+.

Please note that we do not accept parties greater than 6 people. You cannot combine reservations (for example, creating a reservation for 6 people and then creating an additional reservation for 2 people and expect to be seated in the same area).

Booked a table for my daughter's 19th, and requested a window seat. Got an email saying they had reserved us 'the best window seat for your party size'. Arrived, got taken to our table, which wasn't a window seat. It was close to a window, sure, but it wasn't a window seat. Our table was for a bigger group size (circa 5 or 6). There WAS a table next to the window that had two seats, so we asked if we could take an extra seat and make it a table for three. We were told no, that wasn't possible. I showed the server my email stating we had a window seat reserved, and he just shrugged. We asked again why we couldn't just put an extra chair at the window table and he said 'that's not your table. I'm not going to physically stop you if you do it, but that's not your table'. In the end, we did move the chair and sat by the window. Not sure why there was so much hassle, and it did spoil the evening a little. Cocktails were fabulous though!

Staff were super friendly and as we were there to celebrate a big birthday they treated us to lovely drinks. Views are lovely across Tower of London and Tower bridge. Nice chilled atmosphere would definitely go again

We had a wonderful time celebrating a 'big' birthday. The staff were wonderful and the venue has a fabulous ambience and stunning view of London. Thank you for looking after us so brilliantly!

Can't complain when the bartender gives you a free cocktail they were trying out and an additional 50 ml whisky because the one i ordered was not available. Just wished the lighting was better and more options for dining.

The views all around were magnificent. The service was immediate and prompt throughout our stay. Bartender made us some delicious drinks, and the staff kept coming by to check on us every few minutes and make sure that we are doing well. The appetizers were underwhelming but did not ruin our experience.
