   James, the manager, makes sure to stop by your table to introduce himself and Dashon who was our server. Couldn’t have asked for better service. The ambiance was a cool mature setting with the attentive and friendly waitstaff. Frank Sinatra in the background and an amazing selection of wines, tapas (ceviche and pork belly were AMAZING!) and entrees (Tomohawk pork chop medium rare was succulent and Chef curated NY Strip special couldn’t have been a greater delight), it was hard not to be at ease and enjoying easy conversation. We were never rushed, and our dessert was simple and did not disappoint selecting the creme brulee. I strongly recommend you visiting this quiet corner of Ballantyne for an unexpected quality surprise outside of Charlotte.

   James was our server he was excellent! The food was 5 stars as well! I had the ribeye and she crab soup while my wife had the smoked duck; you cannot go wrong with meal choice it was all amazing! It was our 9 year wedding anniversary and they made sure we had an amazing night! 10/10 experience all the way around!

   This was my first visit and I’m already planning my next! The service and hosts were friendly and informative, craft cocktails were incredible, the food was divine - quality, portion size and taste was 110% The atmosphere was refined yet relaxed so it was easy to escape. This is a little hidden gem that everyone should experience!

   C&W was Great!! The food was cooked perfectly!! Had the ribeye and it was mouthwatering especially with the signature “ Cowboy Butter”. The drinks were top notch and the service was even better thanks to James and Dashon. BEST service by far!! I have been to a lot of places but WOW!! Everyone needs to try this place.

   We had an amazing waiter named James who helped w guiding us to amazing bang bang shrimp to perfect wine for our 33 rd anniversary. He made the night special. Good for you CW. We don’t see that kind of service anymore.

    It was not crowded for a Wednesday evening. They were probably staffed appropriately, but the limited staff had to multi-task. (Greet, seat, serve, bus, etc.) Everything was fine, just not the high-end experience I expected. The food was outstanding. So were the cocktail. I will return, just with different expectations.
