We are an independent brewing company that has started our journey partnering with great brewers across Melbourne to grow and learn from the craft beer family. We have been welcomed into this fraternity with open arms and every person in the industry we have met along the way has given us a huge amount of support. We have a strong affinity and belief in our local community and always wanting to have fun we decided on the name Co-Conspirators Brewing Company. We want to conspire with others to make great beer.

I booked online for the beer garden as I know it's quieter and less stimulating and I get easily overwhelmed. When I arrived, there was no one and no instruction on where to go for bookings. I asked at the bar and they said I was out the front, I said I booked the beer garden and they said it's only for large groups, I was confused as the website let you do that and that's I'd booked. I then asked if I can sit somewhere else it's very loud out the front, they said I can sit wherever. The drinks weren't nice, I had the passionfruit soft drink and a wiesse beer, I guess that just comes down to taste. Mr Charlie was great. The staff were not understand and seemed annoyed at me and didn't explain well and weren't remotely apologetic for the confusion and issues on their end.

Booking locations at the venue were ambiguous. I deliberately didn't book outside and thought I'd booked the front bar area but booking turned out to be outside..! Oktoberfest celebrations were disappointing. We also tried to order a sour beer and were told that although they didn't have one on tap they were serving a sour flavoured in the traditional way - this turned out to be a wheat beer with a dash of cordial..!! I suggest you don't try and fool customers, especially those that know what they are talking about.

Beers are awesome, service is awesome, place is awesome. Definitely go. Pies and sausage rolls were underwhelming but I wouldn’t say that’s enough to give them a low score as it’s a brewery at the end of the day.
