COAST offers a seasonal menu showcasing the finest of each season’s products locally & from around the word. Our collaboration & proximity to local farms allows us to source the highest quality ingredients of that day, creating a distinctive dining experience.

CUISINE
Dining guests may select from a prix-fixe four-course savory or vegetarian tasting menu with optional caviar and/or cheese course available to elevate the meal to an indulgent six-course culinary journey. $145pp

DRESS CODE
Resort elegant. Collared shirts & slacks with jackets preferred for Gentlemen. Evening or cocktail attire for ladies. Jeans permitted provided they are of dark color and do not have rips or holes. Shorts, flip-flops, lounge ware, or tennis shoes are not permitted.

AGE MINIMUM
We kindly ask that our COAST restaurant be enjoyed by guests ages 8 and older.

                  A subpar experience all around. It started with our arrival. We were asked to wait in the lobby, even though we arrived less than 10 minutes before our reservation and our table was clearly empty. No one asked to take her coats. When we were seated in the restaurant we draped our wall long coats over the back of our chairs. Not exactly elegant. The evening had been billed as having harp music; when we arrived, the harpist was leaving. I understand a harpist can’t necessarily play for hours, but what followed was Whitesnale’s “is this love” drifting in from the next room. Followed by a succession of similar songs. Which also was incongruous with not only the advertisement, but the reality of a multicourse elegant meal. Service was marginal. The food was good, and there was a lot of thought and work that went into compiling the dishes, but ultimately most of them didn’t work. The wine pairings were fine but did not warrant the price. I’m happy to spend $800 on dinner and do so regularly, but expect and usually get far more than what I got at Coast.

                  We went to celebrate my husbands birthday. Everything was so lovely! The food was outstanding, service was warm, welcoming and exceptional. They really made for a special evening.

                  A wonderful experience. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly but at times it was difficult to understand her, especially when describing the course. Overall the wait staff was outstanding.

                  Great food. Terrific service. Sommelier got us a wonderful Cabernet off the wine list. Christmas dinner done right. Pricey but worth it.

                  We attended the Billecart-Salmon champagne dinner. Service was excellent, however (once again) the food fell short. The Jonah crab and caviar dish was excellent, followed by a scallop crudo with apple plate that was awful and had nothing to do with champagne served. Sent it back. The fried chicken dish with a trio of aioli’s was good, but had no pairing with rose champagne served. Finally, the pork tasting dish had horribly overcooked pork tenderloin that was tough and dry. Other items on plate were good. Champagne tastings were slight (to say the least). A few sips at best. No champagne was poured for dessert items, despite being listed on on-line menu for event. Overall, we were disappointed, especially given the price.
