   Cobalt at Vero Beach Hotel & Spa never disappoints. Our party of 4, including 2 out of town guests, were treated to an Oceanside table under the stars and festive string of lights, attentive and professional service by Jonathan (JQ), and excellent filet mignon. We have dined at Cobalt for more than 10 years, and it still hits on all marks. I recommend this restaurant for special occasions, romantic dining or an outstanding steak dinner for no reason. JQ was great with the wine and keeping us in good hands.

   Wonderful place for a special dinner. Food and service are tops. View is beautiful, even in dreary weather. Highly recommend.

   We were outside so the noise level was fine and ambience was fabulous as we had the beautiful ocean view. Nicky was our server and she was outstanding! Very attentive and knowledgable. There were eight of us and everyone loved their food. We will be back!

   Jenna was an excellent server but the real hero was the wonderful manager who helped us get a lovely spot to enjoy our evening.

   We had an excellent meal at Cobalt. Visiting the Vero Beach once a year on vacation, we enjoy waterfront dining. In years past, service and food had been lackluster on two experiences. But, because it had been a few years, and we love the ocean view from the patio, we thought we’d hove Cobalt another try. We are glad we did. Our waitress was super friendly and efficient. Her knowledge of the steak offerings was impressive. Our good and drinks were served in a timely matter. One of us had cowboy ribeye recommended by our waitress. The other had the twin lobster tails. Upon arrival we split each so we each enjoyed surf and turf. Cobalt totally redeemed itself from years earlier and we will go again next time we visit Vero on vacation.

    The service and atmosphere were excellent. Thomas and Agnelica are great servers. The experience was outstanding.
