                              This was our second visit to Cochon on 2nd. Everything was wonderful with the exception of the time it took to get our main course. But the head chef came out into the dining room and explained to us, and several other tables, that two large tables had caused a slight delay in the kitchen. He comp’d our drink orders and apologized for the delay. When our food came out it was hot and delicious so no worries. We will definitely be back.

                              I typically love Cochon, but the service was very lacking last night. They seemed unorganized and it took 2.5 hours for a two course dinner. This is the second time we've been seated at the very back two-top table next to the kitchen and, as a regular customer, I would expect a better position.

                              We were there to celebrate our Anniversary and have been there many times before. This is the first time our experience wasn’t excellent. We waited for menus for over 10 minutes. There were fruit flies around our wine, and the server was entirely too casual/informal with us. We were seated at a table that was so dark we could barely read our menus. The food was good but not as exceptional as in times past. We will chalk it all up to holiday busy time, and give it another go in the New Year.

                              We were seated at the table next to entrance and it was cold sitting there and noisy due to bar across from it and all servers would gather to talk behind us. Entrees were excellent however the shrimp appetizer was suppose to be peeled and three of the 5 were not and the lighting is so low we had difficulty removing shells.

                              This place is amazing. Absolutely love the food and the service. Seared tuna was cooked _perfectly_. Kudos to the chef for that! We appreciated the wine selection and the help picking out a wine we'd like. We've been a few times, tried something different each time and have been pleasantly surprised each time. And the service... top notch, every time, in our experience.

                              My NY Strip steak was excellent, but my wife’s pork chop which was ordered to be cooked medium came charred and very well done. Served was top notch, ambience with fire place was very nice.
