The chef truly understands how to meld and transform common ingredients/flavors to serve exquisite and unique Puerto Rican dishes. It is my new favorite place and I consider myself selective. It could easily be Michelin-starred (it may not be as they consider ambiance and economic class too much, and this place is loud and homey, embodying and representative of PR culture).
