We arrived at 7pm for our reservations d the restaurant was locked up. When I called I got a voice mail saying the mailbox is full! I even reconfirmed through open table! We were outraged !!

The restaurant is beautiful and well decorated but unfortunately that is about all the positive I can say. The restaurant was mostly empty for dinner and strangely very brightly lit. There was cold air that was blowing directly on our table while it was absolutely freezing outside. We let the wait staff know and although they fixed it, it would continue again every 15 minutes. All three of us ordered the same thing — the steak frites with peppercorn. But they brought out steak frites with au jus (another option on the menu). Even after asking, they denied bringing out the wrong thing. I was flabbergasted. It was a very expensive meal for a less than great experience. I don’t think I’ll be back.

This is my second time at Coco. It is a beautiful restaurant, the decor is fantastic , food is great. However both times the service has been appalling, and what’s worse is that there were only two other tables. The first time I put it down to being a new spot and there are always things to work through. However returning I thought those issues would have been worked out. Coco has potential to be a fun energetic spot that lasts but with service the way it is this can never happen. I say this before I love the space and the food is good. I hope you improve so that I can come back ...
