Celebrate Oregon Wine Month at Coeur with an in-depth wine class led by Sommelier Sean Crenny, focusing on the unique characteristics of the Willamette Valley. Taste five wines from this iconic region, known for its cool climate, array of unique soils, and exceptional Pinot Noir. During the 1.5-hour interactive lecture, Sean will guide you through the region’s diverse terroir, exploring some of his favorite producers. After the class, retail bottles of the featured wines, as well as rare additional selections, will be available for purchase.

Absolutely love this place. The food has been wonderful and unique and interesting every time we’ve been for the tasting menus. The staff are so attentive and pleasant. The drinks are pricey, but my fiancé remarked that he had the best gin and tonic he’d ever tasted. The kitchen has always been accommodating to my shellfish allergy as well. The bread and butter is really outstanding.

We had the cod and short ribs. Both excellent. The star of the show was dessert - Posset - the best dessert ever! Great service. It was a very enjoyable evening.

Was sad when Assagi closed a few years back, as it had become a go-to place for us for many years. But Coeur is a very, very good restaurant, even better than its very good predecessor. We ate an early dinner last night, prior to a DSO event downtown. Everything was terrific, from the cocktails, the charred octopus starter, both entrees (seafood risotto and cod), and the individual French press coffees. The wine list is extensive; we got some great advice for a bottle to match the food from Ivan, who really knows what he's doing. In all, this is a restaurant you wouldn't be the least bit surprised to find in a more "major" dining market than Ferndale, Michigan. Thanks!

Disappointed. The pictures online are way different from reality. It’s not an upscale dining experience yet with upscale pricing.

Great service from the moment they called to confirm my reservation. The food was delicious as well! The server was great and my only complaint is that the cocktails were not worth the money and they took a very long time to receive after ordering.

Excellent food and service. We did a tasting menu through the British Isles. Great surprises, good portions and wonderful tastes. One of the table members would have liked bread but that was not a serious complaint.

My husband loved it! I very much liked it. The atmosphere was nicely casual and the service was perfect! The appetizers were out of this world! A few minor critiques, the mushrooms in tempura were just as they sound with no highlighted feature. However, the salad and the salmon were lovely. The entrees were portioned well and full of flavor. The ribeye steak was a bit tough though but my delight with the cod and the short rib made it seem not relevant. Desserts were exciting!
