From the greeting at the door to the service at our table. Service is by far the best thing here. Most of the food was good. They went above and beyond in terms of service. There were lots of fruits flies but the place was clean. Did see the chef trying food he was cooking which threw me a bit. He snagged something with his hand from a plate before placing it in the oven. I’m sure people are fine with that, but it felt a little ick for me. Tasted a spoon of something, and I didn’t see the spoon go away. It probably did, I just didn’t see it.

We've eaten at Colletta several times and always had a great experience. The service and the food quality was noticeably lacking in our most recent visit. Routinely saw staff standing around and talking for several minutes at a time while we waited longer than usual to be served. Manager kept messing with her face and hair while handling customer plates. Fruit flies kept flying around our table. My meal included diced sweet potatoes that seemed to have zero flavor. Disappointing experience and not what we have been accustomed to.

I celebrated my 50th bday with 8 other friends/family members. They put us in private dining room and even gave me a gift! Never has a restaurant given me a gift 🥳. (It was a Williams Sonoma lemon pasta pantry set) so nice of them! My husbands steak was DELICIOUS- they were out of the Osso Buco which was a slight disappointment but forgotten quickly. Burrata and beet salad - DELICIOUS. Focaccia - YUMMY. I had the scallops over risotto which was good. The lasagna I will try next time. It looked so good and my guests loved it. I had the Summer cocktail and The Angry Italian, both were delicious. Service excellent. I will go back for the main dining room ambiance next, low lights and cozy. Ben Fatto!

What a Great Night!!! We were warmly created when we arrived. Our waitress Zoe was Awesome!! She was so knowledgeable & so personable… really sweet & nice… she presented our Birthday Guest with a personal present for her Birthday… which I thought was such a “ nice” detail on behalf of the restaurant. When I made the reservation on line I asked if we ordered a dessert would they put a candle in the dessert for a Birthday… they sent back an email that asked if the birthday person had any interests or hobbies and what was their favorite color? I had never had a restaurant ask those questions before! They presented her with a gift that the head hostess ran around and found before our dinner!!! That’s Crazy!!! It wasn’t anything elaborate… but it was adorable & so personal …she got it perfect!!! What a “ special touch”. Our Birthday guest was so Surprised & Grateful!!! It made her feel so special!! The food was soooo delicious!! We could have not asked for a Better Evening!! From the host to our waitress to the great food & then the personal gift!!! “Well Done Colletta Staff”!!!!!! We will be back & we will tell everyone how wonderful it was! Again, Thank you for making our Birthday Guest feel sooo Special! Thank you, Thank you Pam Howell

Service and food were excellent. We went in January for my kids birthday and he was greeted with a birthday gift on the table. This time same reservation notes and no gift. So that was disappointing to a kid when you have that expectation and they were not consistent. Otherwise the food is top notch and the service is too

Our experience at Colletta was above and beyond our expectations. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and even brought a gift to the table based on the information I gave her about the guest of honor whose birthday it was! We will definitely be coming back for more special life events!
