Server was very inattentive and we had to flag her down for a drink refill. Food and atmosphere were excellent but would have expected the server to check on us at least once given the price point. Never saw her between taking our order and bringing the check. Food was served by someone I assumed was the manager.

A perfect evening ! Our family celebrated my 60th birthday and the night more than exceeded our expectations! Everything was spectacular. Service was outstanding food, outstanding, and they provided so many little extras to make the evening extra special. Highly recommended! Thank you Colletta!

Not only is the restaurant beautiful and the ambience is perfect in regards to the lighting and the music, but our service was above and beyond. My daughter’s birthday was that evening, and they even gave her a special present.

Our first visit to Colletta was very good. The service and food were great. Noise level is rather high, we were there for lunch. Definitely would return.

I can’t say enough about my incredible experience at Colletta! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The food was magnificent. What made it even more special was their attention to dietary restrictions. They had amazing gluten-free options and were so knowledgeable and accommodating. The service, however, is where they truly went above and beyond. Before our visit, they reached out to ask about our celebration (our anniversary) and even inquired about our hobbies and favorite colors. When we arrived, we were blown away to find a thoughtful gift on our table: a flashlight in our favorite color and ponchos for camping—perfect for our shared love of the outdoors! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our night special. On top of that, the restaurant itself was stunning—a perfect blend of elegance and warmth. If you're looking for a dining experience that’s not only delicious but also personal and memorable, Colletta is the place to go. I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know and can’t wait to return!

I’ve been to Colletta 3 times in the last few months, each to celebrate birthdays, friend’s engagement and my wedding anniversary. The experience each time has been exceptional from start to finish. The service, the ambiance, little details to celebrate (bubbles, dessert) and of course, THE FOOD! You can’t go wrong with any menu item, by far the freshest fine dining Italian you’ll ever find in the Triangle.
