Classy, peaceful atmosphere with a large, delicious selection of finger food and desserts. The salmon appetisers are to-die-for, and the placement of everything is beautiful. The service is of the best quality, and the staff were extremely patient and kind. Would definitely come back again for another round of High Tea.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We attended the Hi Tea at the Grand Hyatt on Saturday. James was our waiter and he was fantastic, he looked after us and was friendly and polite with a infectious smile. We started with the 3 tier tower which had a great variety of treats. Mostly savoury and scones jam and cream. In hind sight the scones were very filling and i probably wouldnt have eaten them so i could fit more of the following. Next course was hot savoury foods. Last course was sweet heaven.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Good food, service was nice and good.. they forgot a few orders but it got all sorted in the end 2 hours seating is a bit rushing. You don't get to try everything because the time is just not enough to digest properly請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We visit once a year, at Christmas, as a treat for our family. It is a very special time for us and we are never disappointed. Christmas is The staff are lovely although, as you would expect at this time of year, very busy - drinks may take a little longer than usual to receive at your table. The choice of dishes is wide, so everyone can find something they like - the food is all fresh and tasty. The array of desserts is like nothing I have seen before and well worth the visit for them alone.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Went there for high tea with work colleagues. The bread was stale and the tea was lukewarm but on a positive note the food was lovely and the choice was amazing. The buffet of hot food was delicious and the desserts were simply spectacular!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The food at the high tea was lovely but I was very disappointed with the service.The restaurant wasn’t that busy but we had to call over the staff to ask for tea after waiting for ages & we never got asked did we want a top up. They only asked us how we were going within the first 15 mins & we just got the bill placed on the table & they walked away without even asking did we enjoy the high tea.We were also never told that they were starting to put items away and we missed out getting some cakes請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Ladro at Collins Kitchen was excellent. The pizza was one of the best this not-young person has ever eaten. The steak was delightfully charred and tender. The burrata with the broccoli was creamy and fresh. The wine was excellent value. And, as expected, the service was professional and courteous.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
