The Conservatory at Goodstone Inn offers an unforgettable upscale dining experience, blending the finest farm-to-table cuisine with the charm of our historic Hunt Country setting. Helmed by Chef Paul Verica, a two-time James Beard Award nominee, our culinary team crafts exquisite seasonal menus showcasing ingredients grown on our property and sourced from local farms. Complement your meal with selections from our Wine Spectator award-winning wine list, curated to enhance every bite. Tasting Events and memorable Dinner Experiences are scheduled throughout the year.

With an ambiance of refined elegance, The Conservatory invites guests 18 and older to enjoy elevated dining in a welcoming atmosphere. While ties and jackets are not required, we recommend smart business casual attire for an experience as sophisticated as it is inviting. Reserve your table and savor an authentic taste of Hunt Country luxury.

The Conservatory is open for dinner Wednesday - Sunday from 5 - 8:30 pm.

The Goodstone culinary team takes pride in presenting our seasonally driven tasting menu. Drawing inspiration directly from the vines ofour Goodstone Farm and crafting menu selections that highlight our region's bounty and diversity. We also offer customized wine pairings with each of our carefully curated menus.

Great presentation, great flavors, great service. Valentine's Day three course plus wine pairing is pricey, BUT the regular multi-course price fixe options are reasonable (i.e., not on holidays). Yum!

Very nice place with excellent service. I would recommend getting there early to enjoy a cocktail in their lounge with a cozy fireplace.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The food and atmosphere were just superb. The service has no match compare to other high end restaurants. Our server Grace was so knowledgeable and her recommendations were a bulls eye to our palate. Overall, this place is highly recommended

We celebrated NYE at Goodstone. It was a very expensive mistake. While the staff was friendly, the service was extremely slow and inattentive. We waited for each course for what became an uncomfortably long time. We paid for the 3 course wine pairing, so after finally receiving our food, we had to wait for the wine. We had to ask for the wine with every course, so our food was cold by time it was brought to our table. Also, the Goodstone is a lovely, rustic inn, but pulling in and trying to find parking on a crowded holiday evening was difficult. It would have been helpful to have someone out front to assist in finding a spot. Our experience was disappointing from beginning to end.
