My wife started with the gaspacho which used a sourdough starter as a thickener. We normally prefer the more traditional Castilian style but this was delicious. Maine Diver Scallops were seared perfectly. Smoked mushrooms on sourdough with crema was also fabulous. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive.
