The food tastes great and the service is very friendly and fast. The appetizers and desserts are very good and the Mary’s mashed potatoes are fantastic. My only complaint is the noise level due to to the way the restaurant is laid out if you’re at a table in the middle and they butterfly cut my filet mignon to cook faster but I don’t like it when restaurants do that. Overall we will continue to come back when our budget allows. So thankful they were open Christmas Eve.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The service was amazingly provided by Miss Alexis. She made a very nice explanation about the menu and wine pairing. They have a great wine selection - tasting is absolutely recommended. My husband and I tried the mushroom flatbread (3 stars), pork chops (5 stars) and shrimp risotto (3 stars for the shrimp, 4 for the risotto). I was expecting more from the crème brûlée - it is good, but not scenic as the pictures shows or outstanding in taste, so 3 stars for this too. It is a good place to be overall. Cooper’s Hawk is always great! We went for dinner on Christmas Eve, and despite being extra busy, our food and service were amazing! Our service was friendly and checked in often but didn’t hover. We had two paid and four entrees, and everything was delicious and came out at a good pace. We didn’t feel rushed, even in a busy holiday. One of our favorite restaurants!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Food and service excellent. Had Ginger Salmon and Asian slaw. Actually a double order of slaw instead of the slaw and mashed potatoes as sides. Only complaint was the cool breeze blowing on me. Was seated at bar booths.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The food and service were, as always, excellent. Our only negative, which they worked to make a positive, was the temperature. When we were first seated it was if the air conditioning was on and blowing very cold air on us. When requested, they moved us to a new table AND adjusted the temperature as a whole. Very poor service. Took them 3 times to try to get my filet right- medium. Ended up taking it to go since our party was finished with their dinners, and I hadn't eaten yet. Manager comped it but that doesn't help the fact that our server was the WORST. She was inattentive, forgetful and ignored us for most of the time we were there. Don't think I will return.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
