   The food was good took my wife out for her birthday. The waitress we had sucked each time she came by was short and quick didn’t get a chance to let a word out till she left. Had to flag her down and raise my voice so we can get a refill on water and wine glass. I was giving her grace because it was busy at 6:30 pm till I realize she gave the other tables she was waitressing for more of her time they didn’t need to ask for refills or if they wanted bread we had to ask her if our table gets bread too. We had a way better experience in the downers grove location I wished I saved the receipt so I can leave the name of the waitress! Food is good though shot out to the chefs!

   FIVE STAR for the Tasting Room at Bloomingdale location. Getting By STARS for dinner. After our awesome tasting room experience, we were back to being disappointed by the Dinner itself. One meal was the special Sea Bass, and the other was a Mahi Mahi. The Mahi Mahi was overcooked like tuna in a can. The special Sea Bass was barley cooked, and lacked that special appeal. Service took longer than expected. Had to wave someone down for glasses of water. Can't go wrong with the Wine. It is very popular with a lot of people waiting on a Saturday night. We want Bloomingdale to succeed, but it continues to struggle on the dinner service, when compared to other Cooper's Hawk restaurants in the area. It is much improved over the disaster of the first 6 months in operation, so hopefully each year we will see improvement.

   Wasn't the best. Asked waitress to box the leftovers and they were tossed. Unfortunately, on a time crunch and unable to wait for them to remake.

   We are members here so we generally like the wine and food and going regularly. It seems that service staff is overwhelmed when at capacity to the point where it really takes away from the experience. Slow to come to table. Slow to take order. Slow to bring water refills. So it seems like it may be understaffed, again, when at capacity. Food quality is good so we keep giving it a go but we are at the point where we may be best served coming during the week when it’s quieter.

   Decent overall. Nothing special. Had a reservation for 7pm. We didn’t get sat until around 7:30. Wasn’t thrilled with that. After being sat, the meal felt rushed. We didn’t even finish our appetizer half way and the food came out. We weren’t offered any more bread after only half of us had some. Overall the food was good but nothing special. The service wasn’t horrible but not great. I would’ve said the service was better but server asked for the completed check before we got up. In my experience, you should wait until your guest leaves before grabbing the completed check. Maybe I’m a bit old school.

   Maggie was super sweet to my husband and I! We made our reservation at a very busy time so we expected there to be delays, she was very apologetic and friendly. We had a great time :)

   As a frequent customer of this place, I was disappointed by the slow and impatient service I experienced tonight. We sat with dishes on our table for a long time, the food took awhile to be delivered, and the waiter was less than attentive. Food was good as always.

    Our waiter Josh was awesome! Got our appetizer and not even 5 mins later our dinner came. We didn’t get to enjoy the appetizer. The manager asked how the food was and I said decent. He didn’t really seem to care to ask why. Steak came out over cooked.
