Our food had obviously been sitting under the heat lamps for quite a while. Mashed potatoes had a shine on them and our steak and fish were dried out and difficult to cut.

Noisy. Poor service - did the minimum to attend to our table, if that, and then processed the check incorrectly and couldn't be found. Overall, not a great experience for the price tag.

Our server was attentive and awesome. Host placed us poorly on a not busy evening. Was on a date and could not hear the person sitting 2 ft in front of me. Which led to a horrible date because half the time we were repeating ourselves. The table next to us was super loud and host out all the tables around them. Floor was open with many tables, we were placed right next a loud party which had additional chairs pulled up to a table. Seriously your staff is too lazy to walk a few feet more that you have to place all the tables right next to each other? All the people were placed so close together instead of spacing them decently. we didn’t realize until it was too late so we didn’t bother asking to switch tables. The staff should be aware of placement and noise level. It’s just ridiculous to be honest.

I love Coopers Hawk and have eaten at several, I was very disappointed with the service in St charles the meals took a long time and when they did come out they werent what we ordered. Overall not my favourite Coopers Hawk

This was a special anniversary dinner and we were very disappointed. How could they be out of flatbread dough for a Saturday 5 PM reservation? How could the servers not be informed? The salmon and chicken were tasty, but the "Mary's" potatoes, served in a small crock, were cold and surprisingly tasteless. The Calamari was very good, The card on our table identified "Anniversary", but there was no acknowledgement of that in any way. That was odd. Why does CH add that line in the reservations screen if there is no purpose for it? Dinners were served to the wrong guests at our table by an unknown server. Server Kyrsten took good care of us, and the charges were accurate. Various wine selections were enjoyed by guests, but the rum and coke was rather weak. Servers typically ask about what brand is preferred when ordering this drink. Creme Brulee was good, but the Key Lime Pie was decidedly average. At 300+ for our party of four, this was far from what was expected.
