Just do it - but make a reservation first, so you won’t be disappointed. Then enjoy the menu where everything is a little twisted. (That’s a good thing.) The servers are friendly, competent and attentive too, so be prepared to dig deep in your tip pocket before you leave.

Enjoyed a great lunch today at Cooper's. We were in the area and wanted a nice restaurant in Des Moines for lunch and Cooper's certainly did not disappoint. Egg roll app was excellent. Salad was fresh and very good. My son had a burger and I had a chicken sandwich and both were excellent! Regular fries and sweet pot fries were both very good. We both had bourbon cocktails that were amazing. Highly recommend!
