The ambiance was great but having to keep track of the food each had was not a pleasant experience. I have been a server for different franchises and I never seen or heard of too many people to have their own check

It was an amazing Valentine’s dinner. Owner and chef stepped out and spoke with us . Love the ambiance and will definitely try to come out again.

We were greeted immediately by the host and lead us to our table. Right away our server greeted us and took our order. Server, host and bartender were friendly and courteous. Food was excellent and atmosphere was great.

Nice little hole in the wall. We went there last night and enjoyed delicious tapas and a few glasses of wine. It was Valentine’s Day so the tables were closely packed together, and the place was very crowded. Despite that, we will definitely go back when it’s not a special occasion. To me, that says a lot about the place…

Went to COPA for our first time on Valentines Day. Glad we made a reservation but they were doing an excellent job of trying to seat people without one. 6:45 was perfect. By 8:00 it was as very busy. Crowded. Tried various tapas and all were good. Beef empanadas as well. The cinnamon roll dessert topped with ice cream was a little crispy on the bottom but it didn’t stop us from eating it all! The staff was very helpful and Shannon the kitchen manager made sure everyone was satisfied with their food. Will definitely go back and try something different from the menu. The musician added a nice touch but at times it was hard to have a conversation. I would definitely recommend you give it a try though.

We’ve had Tapas in Greece, Spain and Portugal to name a few and COPA is one of our new favorites. Second time to try (1st time 4 weeks ago) and while the first experience was great - this time exceeded our already high expectations. Expanded tapas menu where every item we order was very delicious. Can’t wait to return.

A real gem. We love tapas and this place reminded us of restaurants in Portugal and Spain. Wait staff was attentive, informative and helpful. Sangria extremely well made. Portions for tapas were large. When we left, we had a number of ‘to go’ boxes it looked like we had ordered Take Out. This is a top 5 in our restaurant rotation. Looking forward to next visit.

We loved everything we ordered, this is a very close group of friends so we order and share everything, Empanadas, tequila lime chicken, flat breads are great, especially with the spicy jalapeño; or maybe it was Serrano Peppers? Forgot to ask . We all agreed that it was delicious. Drinks were amazing , wine is a little overpriced compared to other establishments but the Cabernet was good.

Victor was an excellent commentator on the menu. Four tapas each very different with great flavor profile. Empanadas sampler and the Brussels sprout and bellies were outstanding. Carrillo was ideal finish
