Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

Wagu short ribs and Bayou mussels were outstanding. Our server, December was top notch. So happy to have Copper and Sage in Goodyear.

Service is friendly and helpful, booths are quite comfortable. Unique menu initially had me unsure what I would order and love but don’t fear-every thing was fabulous! The walleye was huge and so good, pasta flavorful, chicken tasty. Beignets were a bit overcooked but still a good dessert. Enjoy!

Nicely decorated and good ambiance. Bartender makes a great margarita! Food was okay. We sat in view of the chef and saw my meal sit there for more than 10 minutes while my wife’s meal was prepared. Both were hot sandwiches, so they were not vastly different in regards to prep time. Service was spotty. Our empty plates were left in our table for extended periods and it took a long time to get our bill. I had to ask for it.

Excellent food (tenderloin and hot chicken sandwich). Server disappeared for prolonged stretches but it wasn't terribly long. Kind of a strange ambiance - are they a sports bar, fine dining, or gastropub? The two TVs over the bar are OK but having a huge screen in the main dining area seemed out of place and out of character.

Great place for my business meeting today, server and ambiance was fire! Crab cakes and walleye were bomb!! I WILL be back! Prices a little bit up there, but everything was top notch and made it worth it!

Enjoyed the evening. Wish for more vegan/vegetarian options as there were no V entrees. For the table, food ranged from 3-5 stars - pasta dish being a 5. Our server was great - Cicely. And the ambience was nice - energy but not too loud. We plan to go back.

This was our first time at Copper and Sage and we will definitely go back. We were there to celebrate my birthday and we were not disappointed in the food, the ambience or the service. Our waitress, Maddie was very attentive and very engaging. She made our experience fun and memorable. She’s an excellent waitress. Three of the people in our party had the Walleye fish and chips, and I had the Wagyu beef served over grits. Everyone loved the fish dinner and said it was absolutely one of the best fish and chip dinners they had ever had. The Wagyu beef was so tender and was a very generous portion. The restaurant has a great wine list as well as cocktails, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic. The restaurant gave me a birthday dessert, and I chose the Campfire Brownie. It was absolutely delicious! We sat outside and the atmosphere is great.

Restaurant was very loud. The food is expensive for what you get. Example the salmon was good but it only came with side of a coleslaw type of greens and nothing else. A side like a baked potato, rice or something like that you think they would offer.

Good experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of elegance and comfort. The service was outstanding—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. I particularly loved the salmon which was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The dungenous crab cakes were equally impressive. It’s clear that the team takes pride in every aspect of the dining experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent food, great service, and a memorable evening out!
