   We had a lovely cocktail and mocktail, as recommended by our friendly server. We also enjoyed some small plates of food, all of which were delicious.

   From walking towards the restaurant to leaving we had a first class time. Lots of cute "Instagramable" moments as you arrive Cute cocktail list - loved trying a few different ones Food was lovely - we had 3 different dishes each and a cheeky fries to share for the table Staff and service amazing Great vibe Will be back and will recommend

   We turned up earlier than our booking but the staff were very accommodating and found us a table. Great food and cocktails.

   My husband and I visited Copper Blossom for the first time tonight. The place has a nice vibe and the decor is appealing. Service was good although our young waitress seemed to be tolerating her job, trying to be polite and smile but not seeming to be genuine or sincere. The cocktail menu is very limited but on their website they do say they are happy to make a cocktail that isn’t on the menu. We tried the cappuccino espresso which was way too sweet and tasted more of caramel than coffee. The pornstar martini was ok. I just think the cocktails on offer are for those with a sickly sweet tooth. Something we aren’t into. The feta parcels in honey were lovely but our main courses were disappointing. The steak frites were fine ( sauce was lacking flavour), but the Chicken Milanese was dreadful. Both the meat and the crumb were so dry. I asked for some tomato sauce but apparently they had run out! I had to settle for rich mayonnaise which just didn’t go with the rosemary herb flavoured crumb. The egg yolks were over done so I couldn’t even use runny yolks to make the dish more moist. The salad garnish that came with it had virtually zero dressing on it either. My husband tried to help me finish it but he didn’t like it whatsoever. We couldn’t finish it. We didn’t complain as it was our 10 year wedding anniversary and didn’t want to put a dampener on the day. So it was our fault for not saying anything. We should have stuck to booking the Dome or somewhere a bit more special. We just thought we would enjoy a more casual vibey place having a few cocktails and enjoy the food here which seems to get great reviews. We were very underwhelmed. I doubt we will return.

   We ate of the small plates menu. Prawns, Burger sliders and chicken. All three dishes were excellent. House wine was also very nice. Excellent service and nice ambience.

   One of the best and most beautiful cocktail bars in Edinburgh. Special mention to Lachlan in particular, who served us throughout the night, and everyone else that works there are absolutely lovely and wonderful people with excellent service that is a credit to themselves and they really go out their way to make you feel looked after. Would highly recommend. 10/10

   My mum and I visited and had the boozy lunch, well worth the £39. We decided to go with 3 small plates and they were good. The sweetcorn fritter wasn't 100% but the staff were quick to resolve this for me. The cocktails that we chose to have with the lunch were very good! I would definitely recommend making a visit to Copper Blossom.

   Recommended by Colin at Tipsy Midgie and I have to say the recommendation didn’t disappoint We went for the share chicken roast and sticky toffee pudding The service from start the finish was 10/10 Aesthetically pleasing and definitely instagrams worthy
