OpenTable美食編輯： Chef Michael Stoltzfus showcases local ingredients at his swanky Southern bistro, nominated for numerous James Beard Awards since opening in 2008. In a two-story residence in the Garden District that dates back to the 1880s, the elegant dining rooms are lined with brick and chandeliers. Gulf seafood stars at the raw bar, from local oysters to crabmeat and crackers, and fans love the fried chicken brunches and “no menu” five-course dinners.

Chef Austin Farrell will be designing a menu that feels familiar of years past but with several new inspirations from him and his team. Bar manager, Ty Hebert, will elevate classic cocktails for the evening utilizing new techniques and lavish spirits. And as always, 'Wine Guy' Ryan Plas, will pave the way for all wine lovers with an optional upscale pairing to elevate each course even further.     Great menu! The cold menu is perfect for appetizers. Wait staff was very on and professional. Really great gem uptown.

    Nice place in garden district. Seated upstairs in mostly empty restaurant. Smoked fish appetizer was great. My wife had the sea bass which was well prepared but came with no sides. I had the fried flounder which was no very good. It tasted like a bit like a greasy fried hash brown. Carrot cake was very good. They were very kind to bring a complementary drink for our anniversary. Overall 3.5 out 5 stars.

    Food was great. Service was not, they told us they had to seat earlier reservations late due to traffic. We were warned, but the server was in a mood .

    The smothered flounder was outstanding. The cocktails were some of the best in the city. And the Burrata was so yummy. Susan was great and attentive.

    Excellent service from Susan. She allowed us plenty of time to enjoy a leisurely meal while still being very attentive. We ordered drinks and the Boudin & Grits appetizer. My wife's Woodford Reserve on the rocks was a generous pour. The bonding was full of flavor, and combined with the other ingredients was quite amazing. Next, we ordered the Crabmeat Maison. Wow, a large portion of outstanding lump crabmeat served with crackers and cocktail sauce. Both small plates were enough to split. We split the smoked short rib entre. We probably could have each had our own, but we were still satisfied. The smokiness was wonderful. It was served over Butternut squash with black-eyed peas and cranberries. Again, an excellent and unique combination of flavors. We will definitely return on our next visit to New Orleans.

    A great experience and the food was wonderful. Tyre our server at the bar is the best! Such a delight.
