OpenTable美食編輯： Chef Michael Stoltzfus showcases local ingredients at his swanky Southern bistro, nominated for numerous James Beard Awards since opening in 2008. In a two-story residence in the Garden District that dates back to the 1880s, the elegant dining rooms are lined with brick and chandeliers. Gulf seafood stars at the raw bar, from local oysters to crabmeat and crackers, and fans love the fried chicken brunches and “no menu” five-course dinners.

Chef Austin Farrell will be designing a menu that feels familiar of years past but with several new inspirations from him and his team. Bar manager, Ty Hebert, will elevate classic cocktails for the evening utilizing new techniques and lavish spirits. And as always, 'Wine Guy' Ryan Plas, will pave the way for all wine lovers with an optional upscale pairing to elevate each course even further.
