Cork & Flame can trace its history back to 2004 when Roger Strohl opened The Vineyard Wine Market. After a successful 13 years, The Vineyard has joined forces with Chef Justin Hayes and partners to form a unique combination of fine dining, tapas and wine market, offering customers a single culinary experience. In addition to the fine dining, tapas and wine market, the Cork and Flame hosts wine tastings, wine dinners, and private party events.

*Please note that it is against Cork & Flame policy to allow outside food to include cakes, etc. Our culinary team would be delighted to customize dessert accommodations for your occasion! Call us for more information.

Now working with some of the best in the industry, the Long Shadows portfolio is amongst the best and a pinnacle of Washington State wines. Join us for an evening of amazing wines, delicious foods, and unforgettable memories! As part of our long running Winemakers Dinners, we are happy to host an evening of featured wines from Long Shadows Vintners. The evening will consist of a hand curated menu from our Culinary Director Justin Hayes and be paired with 8 different wines from Long Shadows.     Our dinner was disappointing. We ate early bc it was only time available so the kitchen was not slammed and no reason for the poor quality of our dinner. The beet salad and lobster bisque were delicious. The 2 filets were tough and flavor was off. We bought a great bottle of wine in the shop and opted to finish it rather than risk ordering a disappointing dessert. For $48, I would have expected a better quality of beef.

    From the time of arrival, to the time we left service was top notch . We dine there one too two times a year. They always exceed expectations.

    Another amazing meal! We always look forward to ordering the chorizo stuffed dates. The swordfish and cioppino were delicious. We appreciated the attentive service, including a glass of sparkling wine while we waited for our table. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

    Overall great experience. Disappointed in our table service as we were treated as if we had never dined out before and we were low class. Bartenders were outstanding and made the evening enjoyable prior to being seated. Will try again with the request of a different server.
