Cork Dork is a haven for all people who love food, wine and local spirits. Curating the menu is Danny Amirian, born and raised in Westlake, he brings his fresh farm to fork approach back to the Conejo Valley. Danny's exclusive menu is always changing to focus on local farms and purveyors' best available product. Danny cooks from the heart and his passion will show on the plate.

If you are a beginner and enjoy a glass, starting to learn, or Cork Dorks like us you will enjoy our ever-changing selection of wines. All wines are available in 2oz, 6oz, and bottles so you can try multiple items in one sitting.

Our bar serves local spirits (all from CA) and artisanal cocktails! We've made our memorable cocktail list legendary by adding a dorky twist to our cocktail artistry. We've sought after local, high-quality spirits and fresh ingredients that will set our cocktails apart, the names alone will captivate you before sipping these exquisite creations developed by our own mixologist.

Another 'local' restaurant with little to offer but style over substance. My wife had a only (spicy) chicken dish, which after one bite hated and left. Our server offered to box the meal ! No offer of a replacement or alternative... just 'I'll get a box'. My dog had a very expensive breakfast with 5 small pieces of chicken, probably 3 or less ounces total. My $27 burger and fries excessively priced, and with two glass of wine, $108. Utterly underwhelming meal. Noise levels off the charts. Once and done here, for sure! (Wife loved not eating any dinner for our money!) Embarrassing.

We've been to Cork Dork a number of times, and have enjoyed every meal. The menu changes with the seasons, with some "standards" always there, and while the menu is not particularly lengthy, everything they serve is well thought out and tasty. The service is generally quite good and the vibe is "neighborhood friendly." I appreciate the list of wines by the glass, including the availability of some wines that you generally don't see in that format. Overall, the price to value ratio is tilted towards value, as the quality of the food and service is definitely one step above the price.

It was a wonderful evening and our service from Bob and food from Chef Danny was stellar. What an amazing way to spend a special occasion. We were greeted with a personalized birthday card and Chef Danny was gracious enough to personally deliver us a hand picked dessert. We can’t wait to go back!
