Côte Ouest Bistro is a contemporary French bistro led by partners Laurent Monchicourt & Martin Sarraih. In April, 2021, the pair transformed the former Baker Street Bistro into a modern 21st century neighborhood gem.

Nestle into one of our bay window seats and enjoy conversation over a plate of charcuterie with the perfect glass of Bordeaux. Chef Sarraih's prepares seasonal specialties as well as favorite French classics like Steak Frites, and Duck Confit. And the custard soaked Croissant French Toast is not to be missed if you stop by for brunch on our sunny terrace.

                                                WOW what an experience! The food & wine, ambiance, staff, restaurant seating- everything was fantastic! I would highly recommend this restaurant to any and everyone. The owner shook our hands as we left the restaurant and they were so friendly and engaging. The Duck Confit was amazing. The wines and bread, Kale salad and desserts were exceptional. Everything was spot on! Can't wait to come back again. Keep doing what you're doing Cote Ouest, don't change a thing! Cheers!

                                                Celebrated my Dad’s 80th bday here. The staff was very accommodating with wheel chair and treated us warmly and with care! The food was succulent and *chefs kiss*. Wine recommendations were on point. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

                                                I love this restaurant! It's a neighborhood gem. The owner and staff are friendly and attentive. The food is consistently good. The ambiance is cute and cozy and the vibe is lively but not a scene. You will find first dates, next to families, next to friends all enjoying a meal out at this wonderful spot.

                                                I enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing brunch with a friend on Sunday during restaurant week- The special menu offered a choice of an appetizer with a choice of entree or choice of entree with choice of dessert— additionally, the items were offered on the varied regular menu. We were served fresh French bread and butter. I opted for the gruyere and bacon quiche, served with a green salad, and my friend ordered the mushroom goat cheese, chive omelette, with potatoes, swapped for a side salad— All freshly prepared to order and delicious. We enjoyed our meal seated comfortably in the window banquette. Our server was polite and attentive, refilling coffee and my tea’s pot of hot water. The price was reasonable, especially for San Francisco. We really enjoyed out brunch and are looking forward to our next visit- for lunch or dinner..

                                                Dinner was delicious - Mussels with frites, beet salad & calamari. Nice wine selection (by the glass) and an apple tart. Excellent service - very warm & inviting atmosphere.

                                                The LOBSTER BISQUE and the crab roll were so delicious. Wish that a 2-course prefixe menu would always be provided for brunch.
