Overlooking a lavish pool with opulent waterfalls, Council Oak’s new design features an open-kitchen, in-house butcher shop and dry-aging room outfitted with pink Himalayan salt walls, multi-level seating, and a glass-enclosed wine room highlighting the restaurant’s award-winning selection of more than 400 labels. The menu will offer USDA prime cuts of beef, signature raw bar and delectable seafood selections, and more.

Maybe the best steak and overall meal we have had in years. The crab cocktail was also amazing and the sourdough bread delicious!!!

I was disappointed King Crab Legs were not on the menu. We’ve dined there before and I was looking forward to them. Is it possible to get the butter warmer over a flame for the crab legs, please?

It was my husband's birthday, he requested to go there six weeks ago, we order and the waiter comes and inform us that lamb chops are not on the menu today, this was very disappointing, (IT'S HIS FAVORITE) the reason for going.

Everything was great but unfortunately the Open Table reservation made on your website wasn’t honored as the restaurant said it never got the reservation? Thankfully we had our reservation confirmation number so they honored it but we did have to wait.

The service was fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and appeared well trained. The food was just kind of so so for the price charged. I’ve been to the Councel Oak in the Tampa Hard Rock many times and the food was always great there. While that was several years ago, perhaps the Hard Rock has changed vendors for their meats or they have moved to a lesser quality cut. Either way, if you are expecting a very flavorful steak at this venue, you will be disappointed.

During our stay we ate 2 times and enjoyed our meals. Service was top notch. Was not happy to see or eat with a dog at table next to us. to me unhealthy. was not a service dog!!!!!!!!
