Talisker Club is proud to bring you Courchevel Bistro. Named after Park City’s sister city in the French Alps and housed in a historic building on Main Street, Courchevel serves artful French-European cuisine crafted with inventive flair and only the freshest seasonal ingredients from local purveyors.

Executive Chef Clement Gelas has brought the flavors of his home country of France to the heart of Park City. "Sharing the culinary influences from my home country of France and the Rhône Valley in a fresh and inventive manner is one of my greatest passions."

Diners are raving, and so is CNN Travel, which named Courchevel one of the 20 "world's best new restaurants for 2020."

Total fail - albeit very tasty and well made prix-fix menu, it took two hours before the main course was served. We came in early with our kids, expecting a nice, yet somewhat swift three-course dinner. Instead we - along with most of the rest of the dining room - kept staring at each other hoping the whole ordeal would just end. It’s inexcusable to let your guests wait for 30 minutes before the wine was poured…and to make matters worse - if you want to consider yourself an establishment for fine dining, maybe skip the cheesy 90’s musical playlist…and maybe lower the volume a couple decibels. I mean, ”Eye of the Tiger”…really? The service was great - the wait staff did everything they could until all they could do was to stay away bc the kitchen just couldn’t keep up. You should take a long hard look at your overall presentation. Not what we expected for a $500+ dinner (with two kids). Redo.

We used to love this place. My favorite in park city. It feels like there’s a different chef. Food was terrible. Some dishes were cold. I wouldn’t go back.

This is our sentimental favorite restaurant in Park City and chef Maria put out an incredible sumptuously delicious special Christmas Eve Family table style meal that satisfied all our epicurean tastes. She and her dedicated staff truly outdid themselves, this time. Thank you and Merry Christmas and happy Holidays to all!

The service was not good. We had a reservation and had to wait 10 min for our table. The server didn’t offer us drinks from the bar just put the food and drink menu on the table. We had to ask if we could start with a cocktail. There were no specials. The sommelier dripped wine pouring two of the five glasses of wine. We weren’t asked about a special occasion nor was there any niceties coming from any of the waiters. It wasn’t what we expected for the price. The food was good but we won’t be back. I still tipped 20% because it’s Christmas but they didn’t deserve that tip.

The pork chops were excellent and so was the butternut squash soup. Service was impeccable and Isabel was so sweet and attentive. She was perfect! It was a fun and enjoyable evening. Thank you!
