   Our first visit to Course; will not be the last. The occasion was our anniversary, which was acknowledged and celebrated by all. Audrey was our server: she was gracious, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was interesting and delicious; portions were of course quite small (it is a tasting menu), but by the end of the night we were pleasantly sated. A small but serviceable wine menu. The location is ordinary (realize it is place to start) but was nicely appointed. We were the first diners of the evening, so noise was low until the end when the restaurant was full. Then a bit more distracting. We would highly recommend Course for a special occasion.

   This deserves Michelin recognition! Our waiter worked in Chicago at Boka and clearly knew the food scene. The food was over the top, from celery root amuse bouche to prime ribeye and squab. Unlike the experience at Alinea which was a Broadway production, we found that the maitre d was a graduated from college with a major in philosophy, another was a chef in Maine and the NE and a third was a musician/DJ! What a night!

   All courses were consistently tasty and well prepared. My two favs were the squab with beet and goat cheese and the rib eye w veggies. The dessert snow was unusual and delicious. All staff very pleasant and friendly. They gave us each a flute of champagne for our anniversary! Just a few minor quibbles: I would have liked a normal champs by the glass in the $30 range vs. $47!! I also would have really liked another piece of the squab and the steak. They have made the best of the patio space but this doesn’t seem like the type of restaurant to be located in a shopping center - just sayin. I’m sure since it’s new the lower rent is appreciated.

   I enjoy a chefs flight menu. This one did not disappoint. Presentation and flavor’s were excellent. We got the wine flight also. Next time I will not get the wine flight and drink some of their signature concoctions from the bar. The bartender is like a mad scientist. He gave me a tasting of a couple of his creations and they were awesome.

   Had a terrific experience at Course. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional! I ate things I thought I didn’t like that were so good!!! Now that’s cooking!!! I liked that the restaurant is light and bright. Only thing I didn’t care for was the tall banquet that blocks views of the kitchen. I’ll be sure to sit in another location on my next visit, which I am very much so looking forward to! Well done!

    Wonderful evening. Enjoyed every minute. Our server, Alex was helpful and knowledgeable. Food was fabulous. I think a non-strip mall location should be in their near future however!
